Important Information

• Please understand the basic principles and educational policies of the International School (KIS).
  Please understand our phylosophy and educational policy when you take our course.
   

• All classes are conducted in English. Speaking languages other than English in the classroom is prohibited.
  The students are not allowed to speak other than English in the classroom.
   

• Kindergarten classes are for children aged 2 to 10 years.
  Kindergarten class is for 2 years old to 10 years old.
   

• Elementary school is for children from 6 to 14 years old.
  Elementary Course is for 6 to 14 years old children.
   

• Middle school is for children from 12 to 17 years old.
  Middle School Course is for 12 to 17 years old children.
   

• There is one course from Monday to Friday (5 days).
  1 Course = 5 days (Monday --Friday)
   

• No admission fee is required.
  Registration fee is not required.
   

• The deadline will be as soon as the capacity of each term is reached.
  Each week will be closed as soon as it reaches maximum number of children.
   

• Those who have the certification of the need for childcare (Article 30 certification) are eligible for the free childcare benefit.
  Those who are holding “need for childcare (Article 30 certification)” are eligible for the subsidy.
   

• Please contact us in advance if you would like to have a regular course after each course.
  Please contact us in advance if you are considering to enter regular courses.

How to Register  Application procedure

1) Please check if there is a vacancy in the class you want to receive by email or phone.
   Please email or call and ask about the vacancy.

2) E-mail / Web home ・ Schools you want to attend (Totsuka school, Fujisawa school)
・ Please fill in your child's name, age / phone number, email address / class, and the number of weeks before sending.

   Send email / web form to tell
・ School  (Fujisawa or Totsuka),
・ Your child's name and age,
・ Contact phone number,
・ Email address,
・ The course and the week which you would like to apply.

3) Please download the application form below or request by email. Please fill out the printed form and take a picture and send it by e-mail, or fill in the contents and send it.

(School students should request the application form by email.)

   Download the application form, print out or fill in the same information in the email, and send back to it back to us.

4) Please contact us by email after depositing to the designated account. The reception will be completed as soon as the payment is confirmed.

   Email us when you finish remitting the tuition.  The school will send you back the confirmation. Payment of tuition completes enrolment.

Please note: If you are late for pick-up, regardless of circumstances

1 to 30 minutes 1,100 yen, 31 to 60 minutes 3,050 yen

There will be a late tuition fee.

Late pick up will be charged a late fee. 30 minutes late = 1100yen, 30 minutes --60 minutes lat e = 3050yen
