​How to Register お申込み手順

1) Please email or call to ask about the vacancy.

    メールか電話で受けたいクラスに空きがあるかご確認ください。

2) Send email / web form including... メール/ウェブホームで...

• Choice of school (Fujisawa or Totsuka) 受講されたいスクール（戸塚校、藤沢校）

• Your child's name and age お子さんのお名前、ご年齢

• Contact phone number and email address 電話番号、Emailアドレス

• Desired course and the week you would like to apply クラス、第何週か

      をご記入の上送信してください。​

3) Download the application form, print out or fill in the same information in the email,

    and send back to it back to us.

    申込用紙を下よりダウンロードするか、Emailでご請求ください。

    印刷した用紙にご記入後写真を撮ってEmailで送って頂くか、

    内容をメールに記入して送ってください。　（校内生はメールで申込用紙をご請求ください。）

4) Email us when you finish remitting the tuition. The school will send you back the confirmation.

    Payment of tuition completes enrolment.

    指定口座にご入金後、Emailでご連絡ください。

    ご入金の確認が取れ次第、受付完了となります。​​
